I'll let the dead screen photo speak for itself. Suffice it to say that Comcast is not one of my favorite organizations right now. Monumentally incompetent people should not be allowed anywhere near the rest of us!

I've felt that pain at times. It is frustration to the nth degree.
Ugh. Been there and done that when we were switched from Time Warner to Comcast (through their buyout or whatever, not of our choosing). I am glad it's back now!
Oh, I read about this on your other blog -- how infuriating! See, this is the kind of customer service we get from the Memphis power company. We have Comcast, too, though and I hear horrible things about them from everyone, not just you. ::knock on wood:: We haven't had any problems yet. I'm sure it's just a matter of time. :-/
