The impatiens we bought last night went into the ground today. Little by little we're getting everything planted and should be pretty much finished with everything this weekend. Unless, of course, I see something else I like. :)

Ooh, pretty impatiens! Are those what they call "New Guinea" impatiens? I love those :)
I'm WAY behind on planting flowers this year. I usually have them all done by now. But we're leaving soon on a vacation and I didn't want to plant flowers and then leave for a while and not be here to water them and let them die. So, I'm going to risk waiting until we get back and plant them. Much later than I usually put in flowers, so we'll have to see how that goes :)

Oooh, those are so pretty! I guess I never knew you could plant impatiens in the ground -- the only ones I've ever seen have been in hanging baskets.
I am not a gardener. Never have been, never will be. But I love looking at the progress of your yard projects!
