Day #129 - Dinner doings...

If you like peas, you might like this Pea Salad recipe I came across and made today. We've decided we liked it well enough to make again and add to our summer salad list.

My husband hates peas, so I never even have them in our house! :-) I might have to find a ladies' salad lunch to take this to.

My mom used to make an "english pea salad" a lot in the summer. This looks a lot like it :) Unfortunately, I don't like English peas and neither does my husband. Weird, because we eat other kinds of peas (crowder, purple hull, etc), but not the little green English peas.

Great picture though!
