Day #72 - Ta-Da! It's coming...
So I'm going about my day, doing odds and ends and putzing around the kitchen. I paused for a minute or two to glance out the window into the front yard. Suddenly, I caught a flash of purple out of the corner of my eye ... ta-da! we have crocus blooming... Spring is springing in my corner of MD!

Oh, that's stunning! What a deep purple...I wish we had those flowers in our yard. We just have some dying daffadils. ;)
Hey, that's weird! I found one of these in my yard this evening and took a picture too! I didn't know this was a crocus. I ended up not using mine for today's picture though. Your picture is way prettier!
Absolutely stunning, Marianne. That purple really POPS! Those colors also happen to be my kids' school colors: purple and green.
