Day #60 - Grilled Goodness

Got to get more Omega 3 fats in our diet, so dinner tonight was grilled salmon with a ginger-orange mustard glaze. It was okay, but we decided we like the brown sugar/bourbon glaze or baked dijon salmon better.

We're trying to eat healthier here too. That looks good!

See, I was just saying today to my mother that I wanted a grill for grilling salmon. Right now we just bake it, which I did last night. Then I crumbled it up on a big salad. So good! Yours looks scrumptious, too.

Sure wish I could force myself to eat fish, but it's a taste I just can't seem to acquire. So I guess I'll have to stick with the organic flax seed oil horse pills for my Omega 3s.

Argh! I know better than to visit photo blogs before I've eaten something, and yet I continue to torture myself!!!!!

Would you send some of that my way, PLEASE?!

Thank you so much for you care and concern regarding my recent hospitalization. Your warm wishes touched me deeply, and your comments brightened my day. I’m home now and feeling almost 100%.

Thanks again for your good thoughts and for visiting The Ice Box!

Ooh, great picture, and that looks delicious! I love salmon and would eat it every week, but the hubby doesn't like fish very much at all. I went through a phase where I cooked it a lot though, and also have a baked dijon recipe, as well as two that use maple syrup and/or hoisin sauce. We have a couple of favorites that I can email you, if you'd like (or get them from our main website).
