WOW! I don't think I'd ever try to make something like that, but it looks scrumptious :)
My ex-boyfriend from way back when, well his mom was a very good cook. She would often just make things from right off the top of her head & they were almost always very good. I say almost because one time she improvised on a quiche. And she decided that instead of crust she would use... grits. ::gag:: That was about the most horrifyingly disgusting thing I have *ever* put in my mouth!
